General Maintenance

For regular maintenance requests, please submit your request online by logging into www.rentcafe.com for the fastest response. You can also email tenantservices@arlingtonstreet.ca.  All maintenance requests must be in writing and include your unit number and permission for access if you won’t be home.

Our maintenance staff work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm to take care of your maintenance requests. We strive to have the initial maintenance visit to assess the repair within 2 business days, and the repair to be completed as soon as the parts are available.


24 Hour Maintenance Requests

This is only for emergencies such as fire, flood, no heat in winter, no hot water, or if you are locked out of your apartment. This is the best number to call 24 hours a day, including during business hours, as it ensures you reach our emergency call center. Your call will be dispatched to the appropriate staff through the call center.
